We had a fantastic experience with stunning hot springs and beautiful views of the volcano from our superior bungalow, but the restaurant service could be less hit or miss.

The views from the front porch were amazing, right at the volcano. There were also a ton of activities available like hiking and wildlife watching, which is what we really wanted.
It wasn’t inexpensive, but it was acceptable for what you got.

Fine, Fine, Fine.
The on-site hot springs are an lovely sight, especially at sunset when they shimmer like jewels beneath the sky. I loved the included 30-minute spa treatment. It was the perfect intro to relaxation. Plus, the birdwatching trail wrapped around the hotel was fine, with vibrant colors and sounds surrounding us every step of the way.
Totally recommend! 💖🌿

The beautiful grounds and on-site hot springs created a relaxing atmosphere during my stay. The spacious pool and thermal pools were a highlight, along with the delightful mango-maracuya-orange smoothie at the pool bar. However, the standard quadruple room felt outdated, with a cramped bathroom and issues like bugs, which detracted from the experience. Service was friendly, but the room conditions need significant improvements for a better resort experience.

would definitely come back
We had an awesome time in the superior bungalow. The on-site hot springs were stunning and relaxing. I loved the included 30-minute massage! The bird watching trail was super cool, and the restaurant had a killer view of the volcano. The pool bar made the best mango-maracuya-orange smoothie I've ever tasted.

Hiking trails offered stunning views. The room had a musty smell and outdated furnishings. Great themed dinners with local culture classes available too.

The views from the standard quadruple room were stunning, giving a nice view of the surrounding nature. The on-site restaurant staff impressed me with their warm service during every meal, making dining a pleasure. However, the room itself had several issues. It felt dark, and the bathroom was tiny and cramped. There were bugs and mosquitoes, which made it difficult to relax. I asked for a light bulb replacement, but nobody followed up on my request. In general, the rooms looked outdated, and they did not match the price I paid. It feels misleading as a resort experience with these conditions. While I appreciated the staff's courtesy, improvements in room conditions and cleanliness are necessary for me to consider returning. I wouldn’t recommend the place unless major changes are made regarding the accommodations.
